Strategic Risk Management Programme
The SRM Program equips selected Erste Group employees with practical, English-language training in enterprise-wide risk management through modular learning, online testing, and certification.
By attending all modules of the programme and completing the subsequent online tests successfully, the participants will be competent in the most important topics of company-wide risk management.

Target Group
The SRM-programme is primarily targeted at those Erste Group employees who either work in any of the mentioned departments in our CEE entities, EBOe or in the savings banks OR have strong interactions with these departments either as input providers or internal clients, e.g. colleagues in CRO & CFO divisions, Corporates & Markets, etc.
Prerequisites
English language level B2 (intermediate level) on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEF)
